Professional Background

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Queen's University in 2024. With a significant interest in real estate, she began taking courses at the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business and working at Metrix Realty Group.

She is currently an active Candidate with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, working toward her AACI designation. Under the mentorship of some of the industry's most experienced CRA and AACI-designated appraisers, she is cultivating her knowledge of commercial and residential real estate valuation principles and practices.
