Paula E. Busch

A life-long resident of London, Paula graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario in 1996. Upon graduation she began her appraisal career. Paula currently leads the commercial appraisal team at Metrix Realty Group.

Paula has appraised a wide range of properties since 1996, including office, commercial, apartment, industrial, institutional, land, hospitality, and other special purposes properties. She works with a broad range of clients including financial institutions, real estate development firms, lawyers, accountants, and public institutions at all levels, and prides herself on her professional relationships. Paula has specific extensive experience appraising institutional and historical properties across Southern Ontario. She also has experience providing expert witness testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board.

Paula has served on the executive of the London Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2010, and continually volunteers within her community. When not working, she travels extensively, and is usually planning her family's next great adventure.
