Services Provided

Metrix Realty Group provides professional real estate appraisal services including:

• Commercial property valuations
• Residential property appraisals
• Litigation support and expert testimony
• Real estate consulting services

Professional Standards

All appraisals are conducted in accordance with the standards and ethics of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and applicable provincial regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and property details in accordance with professional appraisal standards.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of the appraisal report unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
